Special Promotion

Preview Membership

         Our club is offering the chance to join Fairwood as a Previewing Member.

.        Previewing Members agree/contract to pay Single Member or Family Member dues through April 30, 2014

.        Previewing Members also receive a $100 per month dues credit during the period! This reduces your monthly 

         dues to just $266 for a single owner membership or $349 for a family membership.

.        Previewing Members that decide to become Owner Members before August 1st, 2013 can save 50% on their

         initiation fees pay only $1,500.  This is payable in two installments of one-half ($750) at that time

         and the remainder of $750 due by November 1, 2013. Those electing to join after August 1st will pay

         initiation fees of $3,000.

.        If you choose not to join you can simply walk away at the end of of the term.

Golf/Young Executive

·         Members up to 40 years of age

·         A non-equity, non-voting membership that can be converted to a golf/owner membership with no additional initiation

          fee after 5 years consecutive membership 

·         Family access to pool, fitness center, lounge & dining room, events

·         Initiation Fee:  $500

·         Monthly dues for member under age of 30 is $183 (no food min.) 

·         Monthly dues for member age 30 to 35 is $238 plus $25 food min.

·         Monthly dues for member age 36 to 40 is $293 plus $25 food min. 

·         Family golf privileges may be added to each category with an additional $80 fee per month.

Golf/Student    

·         Available to high school and college students who participate on their school’s golf team

·         Includes access to pool and fitness center

·         Initial purchase price:  $250

·         Monthly dues:  $93

·         Monthly food minimum:  $0

Swim & Fitness           

·         Family access to pool, fitness center, lounge, dining room, social events

·         May access the golf course twice per month provided they pay the applicable greens fee during any normal guest times.    

·         Initial purchase price: $500  ( $250 Promotion through May 31, 2013 )

·         Monthly dues:  $77 ( less $20 dues credit through May 31, 2014 )

·         Optional golf range and practice area usage $20/month

·         Monthly food minimum:  $25

Social

·         Family access to lounge, dining room, and social events

·         May Access the golf course twcie per month provided they pay the applicable greens fee during any normal guest times.

Summer Swim

·         April 30th through Labor Day

·         Access for family of four to the swimming pool, lounge, and dining room

·         Purchase price:  $595 for a family of four for the season
